In the Webwalker App, tags can be used to group contacts, companies and other entities together.

Using Tags in Contact Filters

You can use tags when filtering your contacts - e.g. to get only those contacts that have specific tags, or exclude contacts that have another tag, etc.

Using Tags in Workflow Conditions

You can use tags in workflow conditions.

Let's say you want to branch your workflow into two different paths depending on whether contact has specific tag or not. You could add condition with "Tag" -> (your tag) -> "Included", and then send your contacts into different workflow branches if they have that tag or not.

Using Tags in Workflow Auto-Enrollment

You can setup your workflow to auto enroll contacts that have specific tag.

This can be useful if you want to run specific workflow on all contacts once they've been tagged as "Lead", or if you want to exclude tagged contacts from auto-enrolling, etc.
