You can use notes in Webwalker App for storing information about your contacts, companies or other things.
While you can just leave a comment for a contact, company or other entity, notes allow you to link multiple contacts or companies, etc. Then can also be not associated with any particular contact.
Moreover, you can pin notes to the Dashboard, so you (or other users in your account) would see them as you enter the app.
